We manufacture products as quickly as possible and in the order received. Although our goal is to deliver the goods 2-3 weeks after the order is confirmed (unless agreed to otherwise), even when we try our best, delays may occasionally occur.
Summer vacation 2023
Order and delivery time due to summer vacation 2023. The factory and customer service are closed from July 7 to August 7. The last sliding doors to leave the factory before the holiday is on July 7. The last order deadline is June 30 for items produced before the holiday. For orders received after June 30, production will resume on August 7.
After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Langlo will thoroughly review all orders and will ship to your destination with doorstep delivery, ground floor. Our logistics partner Jos Dusseldorp in Netherland will after receiving the orders on their warehouse send an invitation to you to schedule yours delivery date. After scheduling this date you will receive the confirmation of the delivery date. Evening prior the delivery you then receives the estimated time of delivery. The driver will inform 30 min prior the delivery.
Before ordering please ensure product packages can be carried through door openings, stairways, etc. If you need a lift or other extra services in order to receive the goods, this will be invoiced separately by our logistics partner.
Any damaged on the goods must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. Cancellation of transport after goods are on their way to the customer will be charged 100%. If the customer is not at home, 2nd freight cost for customer will be charged 100%. Costs with any returns of goods will also be charged the customer 100%.
We ship to almost all addresses in the Netherlands. The status of your order can be reviewed anytime in your profile or by searching for it.
Our logistics partner in the Netherlands, Jos Dusseldorp, ships according to the CMR convention (in case of international transport) and AVC 2002 (in case of national transport).
It's important to verify that you have received the correct packages, and that there are no damages. If everything is as expected, you will be asked to sign for the packages.
If the shipment is damaged or shows other signs of defects, you should only sign for reception of the packages and write a note on the shipping document regarding the damages.
If a damage is noticed after unpacking the products, please contact our customer service within 24 hours from reception of the goods.
